At DEN, baggage retrieval for Fiji Airways (or other airlines) passengers is a quick process once you know how the system works. People will find the baggage claim on Level 5 of the Jeppesen Terminal. It features one large common baggage claim area provided with 19 carousels. You’ll find plenty of free or low-cost luggage carts from SmartCarts located near the baggage carousels, rental car lots, and curbside. You can rent a SmartCart for about $6 using cash or credit and receive a small deposit back after returning the cart. It has enough capacity to carry heavy or multiple pieces of luggage.
There are porters available to assist travelers in lifting heavy luggage. They will direct you to the correct carousel or moving luggage carts. They help especially when traveling with small children, those with mobility limitations, or with multiple pieces of luggage.

DEN has two sides to baggage claim processing, an East side and a West side.
Digital monitors located at each carousel display arrivals and aircraft numbers. Also, each carousel has large signage containing the same information.
To reach Baggage Claim, you can walk there from Concourses A, B, and/or C after using the underground train at Denver International Airport.
If you arrive internationally, you will go through customs before arriving at your final destination. You will then pick up your luggage from the carousel for either an international recheck or your next flight.
