At DEN, baggage retrieval for Fiji Airways (or other airlines) passengers is a quick process once you know how the system works. People will find the baggage claim on Level 5 of the Jeppesen Terminal. It features one large common baggage claim area provided with 19 carousels. There are signs above each of the carousels pointing to the flight number & airline that corresponds to the baggage. You will have no trouble locating your baggage. The entire baggage claim in the Denver Airport area is bright, spacious, & has a high level of visibility and directional signs. Location of Baggage Claim at DEN Airport

The airport has a central terminal, which is the Jeppesen Terminal, where baggage claim is located on Level 5. There are clear directional signs that will direct you to all baggage claim areas. Once you arrive at the terminal, you can take an escalator, elevator, or stairs down to Level 5. Baggage claim is divided into two areas (east & west) to assist with traffic flow. How to Reach the Baggage Claim at Denver Airport?

Landing at Denver Airport & getting to baggage claim is easy for both domestic & international SAS Airlines (or other airlines) passengers. 

  • On getting off from your flight at Concourses A, B, or C, follow the signs for “Baggage Claim”. Those signs will lead you to the train station located in the middle of your concourse. The trains run frequently and will take you directly to the Jeppesen Terminal within a few minutes. 
  • Listen to the announcements! Once you reach Jeppesen Terminal Station on Level 4, you may take either an escalator, elevator, or stairs to drop to Level 5, where you will find baggage claim either East or West. 
  • Digital monitors, located very near each of the carousels, will display your specific carousel number as soon as you deplane. 
  • Passengers arriving via an international flight follow an identical process. But must first clear customs at the same level before collecting their bags.
  • Whether you land on a domestic or international flight, plan on 10 to 20 minutes from the gate to the carousel, so you can get your luggage quickly and be on your way.
